RFQ - Project Management & Owner’s Representative Services for City Hall Repairs

The City of Spokane Valley is seeking a Consultant to provide project management services, technical advice services and owner’s representative services associated with the oversight of the City Hall Repair Project, which entails assisting in the review of existing building construction defects, review of existing technical evaluations, overseeing the design and construction process for building remediation/repair, and participation in public information campaigns. The City is seeking an experienced firm that will bring creativity, knowledge, and extensive resources to this process.
